The Danelectro DC59 12 String features dual single-coil lipstick style pickups with a 3-way pickup selector allowing you to isolate separate pickups or combine them. The Danelectro lipstick pickups run in series, resulting in a humbucker-like sound without sacrificing single-coil transparency. The DC59 has a classic shorthorn body design constructed from lightweight Masonite material, which gives the guitar it's trademark resonant tone. The f hole on this guitar is a welcome addition, along with the stunning tobacco sunburst finish, both of these features contribute to the guitar's unmistakable vintage vibe.
